Holy Basil (Tulsi): Grows wild throughout India and is a highly regarded herb with more than 3,000 years of recorded medicinal use. Adaptogenic, meaning an herb that improves your body’s ability to adapt to any sort of stress; while also building your stamina, strength, endurance, and energy. Tulsi is a sweet and heart centered medicine reminding us of our vitality.

Lemon Balm: An “elixir of life” for “sweetening the spirit.” Modern science has proven its rich concentration of volatile oil, citral, and citronellal calm not only the nervous system but the digestive too. Lemon balm is amazing at bringing light to the body and situations where stress seems to take hold.
